Is it free to post a job?
Yes! Posting a job on FundiHub is completely free. You only pay the provider directly once the job is done.
How do I pay the provider?
You pay via M-Pesa. Once you're satisfied with the work, you send payment directly to the provider's Till or phone number.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Contact us through the dispute resolution form. We will mediate and work to get a fair resolution.
How do I know providers are trustworthy?
All providers submit a national ID which we verify. They also accumulate reviews from real customers, which are publicly visible.
Can I hire a provider without posting a job?
Yes. Browse provider profiles directly and message them or request a quote from their profile page.
For Providers
How much does it cost to list my business?
Basic listing is KES 300/month (5 leads). Pro is KES 800/month (20 leads). Featured is KES 1,500/month (unlimited leads).
How does the verification process work?
After registering, submit your national ID through your dashboard. Our team reviews it within 24–48 hours and activates your profile.
How do I receive payment from customers?
Directly via M-Pesa — customers pay you on completion. FundiHub does not hold or process the payment between you.
Can I list more than one service category?
Currently one primary category per profile. Contact support if you need a multi-category arrangement.
What is a "lead"?
A lead is a customer job posting in your category and location that you can see and quote on.
